Our love for outdoor recreation and my love for creating is why I decided to start NW Arts and Recreation.

I want to inspire people to get out and explore through art & recreation. I explore because it inspires me - the challenge, the people & nature. That inspiration is what allows me to fully express myself through artwork.

I want to help show others, that they can approach their health and wellness in a way that is creative and fun rather than overwhelming.
